As a family business we believe that business should be run with an emphasis on personal service. It is what we expect from our suppliers and what our customers should expect from us. As retailers ourselves we are very much aware of the market in which our customers operate. Our shops sell the same ice cream that we wholesale so we are able to use customer feedback to improve our product. We are always willing to help and advise in any way to make sure your business is a success.

Names Behind the Faces:

Joe Parisella
Joe has been Managing Director of Parisellas for 43 years and is currently overseeing the second phase of development of the new factory. His experience in the ice cream industry has equipped him with a knowledge that encompasses anything from mobiling to wholesaling. He is always willing to help our customers in any way possible.

Tony Parisella
As Production Director Tony is responsible for all aspects of our ice cream manufacturing operation. His duties include sourcing ingredients,running the HACCP programme,overseeing production, deciding on packaging and labelling requirements and organising delivery schedules. He has a background in retail management having worked for two well known UK multiples but has always been involved with ice cream production and retailing starting work at 13 selling ice cream on West Shore beach, Llandudno.

Emma Owen
Joe's youngest daughter Emma is Operations Director and is responsible for the day to day running of our cafes and mobiles. Her duties include recruitment, buying, health and safety and general management.

Annette Richardson
Annette is the point of contact for all accounts and payment queries.

Leo Parisella
Although still a director Leo is now retired and lives in Conwy.

Irena Griffiths
Irena, too, has now retired but still likes to oversee operations at our kiosk on Conwy Quay.
